About the Role

Foundation Health is seeking a licensed Dermatologist to join our growing medical practice in Etobicoke. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatologic care to a diverse patient population of dermatology services, depending on the physician's scope of practice and interests.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including inflammatory skin disorders, infections, pigmentary disorders, and skin cancers

- Perform in-office dermatologic procedures (e.g., biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, minor surgeries)

- Provide follow-up care and ongoing management for chronic skin conditions

- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists through consults and referrals

- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical documentation in accordance with CPSO and clinic policies

- Participate in quality improvement, education, and patient safety initiatives as required

Qualifications





- MD degree from an accredited medical school

- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) certification in Dermatology

- License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

- CMPA membership

- Solid clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
