Overview
We are seeking a full time labourer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Experience in running small equipment would be an asset, but not necessary.

Duties

- Provide team support in all labour type duties on work site.
- Occasionaly operate heavy machinery, including mini excavators and skid steers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure productive workflow on-site.
- Follow project specifications and instructions accurately to meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any maintenance performed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations,



reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Must be able to work minimum 10 shifts, Monday to Friday

Experience

- A valid driver's licence is required; additional certifications for specific machinery operation are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
