Location: Argyle, MB remote area onsite– Must be able to commute to the worksite

Schedule: Full-Time, Shift work 2:30pm to 10:30pm

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate + Benefits

About the Role:
As a CNC Machinist, you will operateand program HAAS CNC Multi-Axismachines, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. Your role will involve machine setup, troubleshooting, and collaborating with a team to maintaintop-tier manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Read, edit, and modifymachining programs as needed
- Perform machine setups and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Utilize precision measuring toolsto verify accuracy
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply machining techniques
- Work with jigs and holding fixture designsto optimizeoperations




- Maintain compliancewith industry safety and quality standards
- Ensure clear communicationwith managers and team members

What We’reLooking For:

- Machinist Certificate or Diploma(required)
- Fit-For-Duty: Must be able to drug and fitness screening, including lifting upto 50 lbs.
- 5+ years of experiencein Machine Shop or Manufacturing Industries
- Familiarity with HAAS CNC Multi-Axisoperations
- Strong mechanical inclinationand problem-solving skills
- Good hand-working skillsand attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Competence in mathfor technical calculations
- Mature attitudetoward learning and professional responsibilities
- Computer literacy(an asset)
