Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Drone Cleaning Pilot to operate specialized cleaning drones for high-rise buildings, windows, solar panels, facades, and other elevated structures. This is a hands-on flying role focused purely on drone cleaning operations.

You must already hold an Advanced Drone Operations Certification and have real-world drone cleaning experience. We will provide a full orientation and training on our specific drone systems and procedures at the start, but we need candidates who already understand drone cleaning workflows so they can quickly become reliable and effective team members.

Key Duties

- Safely pilot specialized cleaning drones (pressure wash, soft wash, and brush systems) on commercial buildings and elevated structures
- Perform on-site pre-flight checks and set up drone operations
- Execute full cleaning missions including hose management, water supply coordination, and safe flight paths
- Communicate clearly with site supervisors and ground crew during operations
- Break down and pack up equipment after each job
- Maintain accurate flight logs and cleaning reports
- Assist with on-site tasks such as transporting gear and basic site preparation as part of the cleaning crew

Qualifications (All Mandatory)

- Advanced Drone Operations Certification required (Transport Canada Advanced RPAS Certificate, FAA Part 107, or international equivalent – proof required)




- Previous hands-on drone cleaning experience (high-rise window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, facade cleaning, or similar – this is mandatory; we are not training beginners on the fundamentals of drone cleaning)
- Comfortable carrying and moving equipment weighing up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precise drone control
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to learn our specific systems quickly and perform consistently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
