Next Gen DayCare is looking for an experienced, compliance-minded early learning leader to take the helm as our Centre Director. This is a rare opportunity to lead a growing, purpose-built program in one of Alberta's most desirable small communities — and to shape how a next-generation, science-based approach to early learning comes to life every day.

What You Bring

- Current ECE Level 3 certification (required).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a licensed Alberta child care centre, ideally at director or senior supervisor level.
- Working command of the Early Learning and Child Care Act, the Early Learning and Child Care Regulation, and Flight: Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework.
- Direct experience managing licensing inspections or corrective action plans.
- Strong judgment and a calm,



decisive leadership style under regulatory or operational pressure.
- A clean, current Vulnerable Sector Check.

What We Offer

- Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday — closed weekends, statutory holidays, and designated PD days.
