Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant/Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role involves maintaining our property/shop, organizing vehicles, car washing, transporting guests safely and efficiently between designated locations, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Duties

- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests between parking areas, dealership facilities, and other designated locations.
- Provide exceptional guest services by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of trips, passenger counts,



and vehicle maintenance needs.
- Maintaining lot/shop cleanup
- Car washing for service customers

Requirements

- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dealership experience or familiarity with guest services is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve diverse clientele.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming setting for guests.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
