Crafted Crust is growing! We’re expanding into our brand new location at The Forks Market, complete with a full commercial kitchen featuring a flat top grill, deep fryers, convection oven, and more.

We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking, and dependable full-time Line/Prep Cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing consistently great customer service and food.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking menu items to our standards
- Operating commercial kitchen equipment including:
- Flat top grill
- Deep fryers
- Commercial ovens
- Salamander (an asset)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-protected workstation
- Assisting with prep work, stocking, and opening/closing duties
- Working efficiently during busy service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Following recipes, portioning standards, and food safety procedures
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team
- Robust knife skills (mandatory)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous professional kitchen or line cook experience (required)
- Is comfortable operating commercial kitchen equipment
- Works well under pressure and enjoys a very busy environment
- Has robust time management and organizational skills
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes initiative




- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
- Is looking for long term, full time employment

Qualifications

Required:

- Previous cooking/line cook experience in a commercial kitchen
- Experience working with equipment such as flat tops, fryers, ovens, or similar commercial cooking equipment

Bonus Qualifications (Assets):

- Food Handler Certification
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- WHMIS Training
- Experience in high volume restaurants or quick service kitchens

Compensation

- Starting wage: $18.00/hour
- Plus tips
