Job Summary

We are currently hiring 2-3 reliable full time team members to support our end-of-season operations during the busy fall harvest. We are specifically looking for candidates who can work weekday hours (Mornings & Afternoons)

This position begins in August and will run through to the middle of November, focusing on customer service, produce stocking & rotation, ice cream scooping, and general stand day-to-day duties.

Hiring and training will take place in August to prepare staff for increased daytime demand once school resumes.

Responsibilites

- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Scoop and serve ice cream
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate POS
- Preform quality checks and maintain clean and full displays
- Maintain cleanliness of store areas including but not limited to counters, freezers, produce displays and floors
- Support customer flow during busy periods
- Work independantly and/or as part of a small team

Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs




- Comfortable with being on feet and moving consistently through shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from farm
- Able to work indoors & outdoors in varying weather
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Weekday daytime availability from September - November as well evenings and weekends as needed
- Able to begin training in August

Pay: $15.90 per hour
