Commercial HVAC Field Foreman

Location: Edmonton, AB (field-based role servicing residential and commercial clients in the Edmonton area)

Rahall Mechanical Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Field Foreman to lead crews in the field and support successful project delivery across our commercial work. We are looking for someone with strong trade experience, solid leadership ability, and the confidence to keep work moving safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned qualified who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a supportive, hard-working team.

This is a full-time field leadership role for a skilled journeyperson with strong hands-on experience and the ability to lead others on site. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, support your crew, coordinate work in the field, and help make sure projects are completed to code, on schedule, and to company standards. The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and willing to work overtime when project demands require it.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commercial HVAC crews on active job sites
- Coordinate daily work, manpower, materials, and priorities
- Support installations, service work, and field execution
- Troubleshoot job site issues and maintain workflow
- Ensure work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectations
- Mentor apprentices and junior team members
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and trades
- Maintain a professional and organized job site




- Work overtime as required based on project demands

Qualifications

- 8-10 years of HVAC field experience preferred
- Relevant trade certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Personal hand tools required (company provides major equipment)
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Solid troubleshooting ability and field judgment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Must be able to travel to job sites across the Edmonton area
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay and Benefits

- Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta employment standards
- Extended health and dental benefits
- Paid training
- Vacation pay paid out on each cheque
- Eligibility for performance-based bonus
- Company vehicle may be provided for qualified candidates
