Duties:
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces

- This is a full non vegetarian restaurant so you should be comfortable working with non veg.
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure productive workflow
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:




- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Should be fluent in speaking urdu/hindi
