Position Overview

The Superintendent will play a key role in managing and coordinating field operations on commercial construction projects, with a preference for those experienced in high-end hotel builds and fast-tracked schedules.

- Rotation: 10-on/4-off
- Hours per Shift: 10

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on site
- Work collaboratively with consultants, owner groups, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders
- Assist in schedule tracking, updates, and adherence to timelines
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications fluently




- Foster a team-oriented environment while taking direction from the Project Management team and Senior Superintendent
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience with rapid-tracked projects is highly preferred
- Background in high-end hotel construction is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with teams, consultants, and trades
- Proficient in interpreting drawings and tracking project schedules
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support overall project success

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly wage: $49 – $52 per hour - Based on experience
- Overtime pay - Available
- Accommodation - Provided
- Travel to and from the site - Covered
- Living Out Allowance (LOA): $70/day
