Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Subway

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a Subway restaurant. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve company standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor food quality, food safety, and cleanliness in compliance with Subway and public health standards.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize food waste.
- Control labor costs and prepare staff schedules based on business needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and financial performance.
- Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.




- Ensure all Subway operational procedures and brand standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (Subway or Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, scheduling, and labor control.
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office is an asset.
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
