We are seeking a Product Release Specialist to evaluate product readiness before release by testing real-world user experiences, identifying usability gaps, and providing customer-focused feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate products in realistic customer use cases and identify experience gaps.
- Validate product readiness and usability before release.
- Document findings and track issues through resolution.
- Re-test features as improvements are implemented.
- Contribute to customer-facing documentation and release readiness.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in product evaluation, release readiness, QA, UX validation, or a related field.
- Experience assessing consumer products from an end-user perspective.
- Solid documentation and issue-tracking skills.
- Ability to identify usability, clarity, and customer experience issues.
