One of our clients is seeking an experienced ICI Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to join their construction team.

The ideal candidate will have strong ICI construction sales experience, an established network of industry contacts, and the ability to generate qualified leads and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop recent business opportunities within the ICI construction sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and industry partners.
- Manage sales activities, leads, and client follow-ups.
- Understand project scopes, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project opportunities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of ICI construction sales experience.
- General Contracting sales experience required.
- Existing client network/book of business preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and drawings is an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must have own vehicle, cell phone, and be located in the GTA.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
