Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter for a temporary fixed term contract opportunity in Welland, Ontario. This role supports full cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions within a manufacturing workplace, with a strong focus on production-level hiring, interview coordination, offer letters, onboarding, ATS updates, and candidate communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR and recruiting professional who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities





- Support full cycle recruitment activities for hourly and salaried roles across Canadian operations.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment steps between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment and new hire onboarding requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activities, documentation, and candidate communications align with company procedures and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and recruitment records within ATS, HRIS, and document management systems.
- Support high-volume hiring needs for production, technical, quality, supply chain, planning, IT, and related manufacturing positions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $28 to $30 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Flexible start time between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
- Work arrangement: 100% in office.
- Location: Welland, Ontario.
