About Us

Craft Painting is a growing residential painting company serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, and deck restoration. We’re looking for a motivated and personable Estimator to help homeowners bring their painting projects to life.

Responsibilities

* Meet homeowners at scheduled estimate appointments.

* Inspect projects and recommend the best painting solutions.

* Measure projects and prepare accurate estimates.

* Present pricing and close sales.

* Follow up with potential customers.

* Maintain excellent customer relationships.

* Coordinate with the office and production team to ensure smooth project handoffs.

* Keep detailed records in our CRM.

Requirements

* Previous experience in sales, estimating, or customer service (painting or home improvement experience is an asset).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

* Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.





* Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and CRM software.

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

* Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends based on customer appointments.

Compensation

* Base salary plus commission.

* Expected annual earnings: $60,000–$120,000+, depending on performance.

Schedule

* Full-time

* Monday to Saturday

* Evening appointments as needed
