We’re looking for the right person to join our sales team at Vegreville Ford.
And for us, who you are matters more than how many vehicles you’ve sold.

You Don't Need Automotive Experience
If you're good with people, willing to learn and motivated to build a career, we can teach you the automotive side of the business.
With the current Management team, there are more than 70 years of automotive experience in this dealership.
You'll have the opportunity to learn from people who have built long careers in this industry and understand what it takes to develop repeat customers, earn referrals and build a reputation that lasts.
Experience in sales, agriculture, equipment, retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused business is an asset — but it isn't required.
Character is more significant to us than your résumé.

What You'll Do
You'll help customers through one of the biggest purchases they'll make.
That includes:
- Helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs
- Providing an honest, straightforward buying experience
- Following up with leads and existing customers
- Building your own customer base
- Developing repeat and referral business
- Learning our products and staying current on Ford vehicles
- Representing Vegreville Ford professionally in the dealership and in the community

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn
- Professional attitude
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Automotive experience is an asset, but not required
