Truline Truss is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Production Assembler to join our award-winning team in Creston, BC. As part of our production team, you will assist in the assembly of roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products according to company procedures.
- Set up workstations and follow instructions from the Team Leader.
- Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following company safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the production team and perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous production, manufacturing, construction, or labour experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of building materials is an asset.
- Ability to use a hammer and read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to read and understand work orders.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Pay :- $20.00 - 21.00
