CL Roofing & Renovations is a BBB-accredited roofing and exterior renovation company with 6,000+ completed projects and crews across Alberta and BC. We're growing fast across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland and need closers on the front end: you run the appointments and win the deal, and our production team takes it from there.

WHAT YOU GET

- Company-provided leads and booked appointments - most of your pipeline comes from us; you top it up with referrals and self-generated work

- 5-10% of contract value on every closed job - typical deals run $8,000-$20,000+, so $400-$2,000 per job

- Uncapped earnings - close 2-3 roofs a week and you're pacing $75k-$150k+

- Training on roof inspections, measuring, and quoting - sales skill is required, roofing knowledge is teachable

- A production team that finishes on time, so your customers refer you

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run company-booked sales appointments with homeowners, property managers, strata, and businesses across the Lower Mainland

- Inspect and measure roofs,



build quotes, present options, and close

- Work your pipeline by phone, attend scheduled meetings, and keep follow-ups tight

- Represent CL Roofing professionally at the door and in the community

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven sales experience - roofing/exteriors is a big plus, but strong closers from door-to-door, solar, auto, real estate, insurance, or fitness sales do great here

- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Comfortable on a ladder for inspections (we train the technical side)

- Evening/weekend flexibility when customers need it

- Legally able to work in Canada

PAY

Commission-based: 5-10% of contract value, uncapped. Realistic first-year earnings $75,000-$150,000+.
