Lumber Truck Driver/Yard Maintenance

Central Alberta Lumber Supply Corp. is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Lumber Truck Driver/Yard Maintenance team member. If you enjoy working both behind the wheel and outdoors in a rapid-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities

- Deliver lumber and building materials to residential and commercial job sites.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Assist with loading and unloading customer and supplier vehicles.
- Keep the lumber yard clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform general yard maintenance, including housekeeping, snow removal, and seasonal grounds maintenance.




- Operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Qualifications

- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's License.
- Current Driver's Abstract.
- Experience delivering lumber or building materials.
- Forklift experience.
- Ability to lift and move heavy building materials.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
