We are a fast-growing residential renovation company in Calgary looking for a high-level Project Manager to take ownership of our bathroom, deck, and interior renovation projects from start to finish.
This is not a “babysitting trades” role.
This is a leadership position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing 10-15 active renovation projects at a time
- Scheduling trades and suppliers efficiently
- Ensuring projects hit timelines and profit targets
- Managing change orders and scope adjustments
- Maintaining clear communication with homeowners
- Quality control and final walk throughs
- Protecting company gross margin (35%+ target)
You will be the quarterback of every job.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years experience managing residential renovation projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing
- Experience with budgets, job costing & margin protection
- Confident communication skills
- Highly organized and tech-comfortable
- Ability to solve problems without drama
- Driver’s license & reliable vehicle
Bonus if you’ve used Jobber, or project management software.
Compensation
- $75,000 – $95,000 Base Salary (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus based on job profitability

- Room to grow into a Senior PM / Operations role
High performers will earn well into six figures.
