THE ROLE

At STRIVE, we are hiring an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse team in Brantford. This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehousing and logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a consistent daytime schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safely operate Order Picker and Cherry Picker forklifts
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory and order tracking
- Assist with loading and unloading products
- Conduct routine equipment and safety inspections
- Keep warehouse areas organized and free of hazards
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating Order pickers and Cherry pickers
- Must have external forklift certification
- Current Working at Heights / Fall Arrest certification is an asset
- Previous warehouse experience operating elevated forklifts
- Solid work ethic with dependable attendance
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control asset
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and productivity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
