Duties

- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly disinfecting tools and workstations after each client to ensure safety and hygiene
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
- Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, actively listening to client needs, and addressing any concerns promptly
- Assist with maintaining appointment schedules, managing walk-in clients efficiently, and ensuring timely service delivery




- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and safety protocols to continually elevate your skills

Skills

- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including body waxing is a plus for comprehensive beauty services
