We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our construction team, specializing in operating multiple units of heavy machinery at the Wheeler River Mine Project. Safety and precision are paramount in this position, which plays a critical role in the successful completion of construction projects.

- Excavators
- Packers
Duties
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, graders, and paving machinery to execute construction tasks efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, horizontal drilling, and paving operations.
- Safely maneuver equipment around construction sites while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate machine usage and project timelines effectively.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when necessary to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Support other construction activities as needed, demonstrating flexibility across multiple units of heavy machinery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid class 5 drivers license is a requirement.
- Comfortable working remotely in camp.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Construction experience with a focus on heavy machinery operation is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
