Duties
- Coordinate and schedule freight shipments
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Enter data accurately into Google doc and other data entry systems
- Monitor supply chain operations, identify potential delays or issues,
and implement solutions through analysis skills
- Manage shipping & receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements
Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Prior experience is a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
