Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled manner, providing exceptional customer service that enhances their experience.
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels,



and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members during busy periods such as nightclubs or banquet events to deliver seamless service.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality or food service experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math and basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly and adhere to all applicable liquor laws; certifications in responsible beverage service are a plus.
- Experience with catering events or banquet service is desirable; knowledge of brewing or the food industry is beneficial.
