JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team in Scarborough, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with a passion for digital content creation, social media strategy, and brand development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop, execute, and manage engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create compelling marketing content, including promotional videos, product showcases, and branded social media campaigns.
- Design professional graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar design software.
- Edit high-quality videos using CapCut or other professional video editing applications.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining a consistent brand identity and marketing calendar.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and monitor campaign performance.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with website updates, content management, hosting coordination, and basic website maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and overall digital marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS





- Previous experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other digital content creation tools.
- Experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of website management, hosting, WordPress, and basic SEO principles is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
