Wave Health is a multidisciplinary health clinic opening Q4 2026 on Calgary's iconic 4th Street in Mission. We offer integrated, expert-led care that feels as current and considered as the people it serves — occupying the space between premium healthcare and modern wellness, without compromising on either.

We believe mental health belongs at the centre of multidisciplinary care, not at the edge of it. We're looking for a psychologist who wants a beautiful, private, professionally run space — and colleagues across physical health disciplines who refer thoughtfully and collaborate well.

- A collaborative, referral-driven environment — patients navigating pain, injury, and stress are often ideal candidates for psychological care, and internal referrals flow naturally

Who You Are





- A Registered Psychologist (or Registered Provisional Psychologist) in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists, with professional liability insurance
- Experienced and client-centred, with an evidence-informed approach to practice
- Comfortable working alongside - and communicating with - practitioners in physical health disciplines where appropriate and with client consent
- Approachable, polished, and human: professionalism without ego
- Interested in shaping the mental health arm of a new clinic from the ground up

How We Work

- Independent contractor structure — full autonomy over your clinical approach, client mix, caseload, and schedule
- Banded compensation splits that grow as your caseload grows — your success is directly rewarded

2207 4th Street SW, Calgary, AB, T2S 1W9 — in Mission, one of Calgary's most walkable and central neighbourhoods, with underground parking for practitioners and clients.
