About Us:
National Best Foods is a well-established dry fruit distribution company based in Scarborough, ON. We are looking for an experienced and dependable accountant. This role is critical to keeping our financial operations running smoothly, from payroll to corporate tax filings.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file annual corporate tax returns
- Manage payroll processing, including source deductions, WSIB, and ROEs
- Handle HST/GST filings and remittances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
- Reconcile accounts, manage receivables, and oversee bank transactions
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations
- Provide financial reports and advice to management as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years experience
- Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and payroll




- Strong knowledge of source deductions and CRA requirements
- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and robust organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience.
