Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle diverse commercial mechanical tasks like rough-ins, finishing, layouts, and troubleshooting.
- Identify design conflicts or material deficiencies early and resolve them with the Project Manager.
- Install systems precisely using digital or physical blueprints, specs, and shop drawings.
- Deliver commercial builds on schedule and meet project goals.
- Lead and support junior apprentices on-site through hands-on training to maintain quality standards.
- Keep workspaces, company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Comply with local building codes, safety rules, and industry standard best practices.
- Assist with miscellaneous site needs or special projects to support business success.
Qualifications
- Valid 306A Plumbing License (Journeyperson) or 5th-year apprentice status.
- 5+ years in the trade with a proven commercial track record.
- G2 Gas License is consider a strong asset but not required.
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and commercial tool proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and professional on-site collaboration.
