Job Posting: Production Helper- Concrete Mill

Location: Woodstock, ON

Pay Rate: $28.15 / hour

Shifts Available:

Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Night Shift: 9:45 PM – 6:45 AM (Monday to Friday)

Note: Overtime and occasional weekends may be required based on operational needs.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking Mill Helper to join a concrete manufacturing operation in Woodstock, ON. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a heavy industrial environment—not a CNC machining or metal fabrication position. You'll assist with production, equipment operation, housekeeping, and basic mechanical tasks while helping ensure the protected and efficient operation of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist operators with daily production, maintenance, and cleanup tasks.

Operate and monitor heavy machinery and equipment safely.

Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

*
3 to 5 years of hands-on work experience in a heavy industrial environment.

*
Mechanically inclined with an ability to understand and troubleshoot industrial equipment.

*
Capable of safely lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.

*
Able to wear a respirator (strictly clean-shaven required for proper fit and safety compliance).

Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for afternoon and night shifts.
