We are seeking a motivated and attentive Flagger to join our construction team! As a Flagger, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians by directing traffic and managing access around active construction sites. Your energetic presence and clear communication will keep operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe environment for everyone involved.
Responsibilities
- Ability to travel to different jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of traffic control procedures and safety standards in construction zones
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus but not required
- Construction experience or familiarity with paving projects is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions to diverse audiences
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and proactive in rapid-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform duties outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed safety guidelines and work effectively as part of a team
