We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bridgeman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pile driving operations, particularly in marine construction and maintenance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of various projects.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

· Operate pile driving equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

· Install piles for marine related structures

· Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications

· Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to meet project deadlines

· Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance

· Monitor and maintain quality control during the pile driving process





· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

· Perform site surveys and assessments as necessary

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in pile driving

· Proficient with various pile driving equipment and tools

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

· Ability to work in various weather conditions

· Robust communication and teamwork skills
