We are looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will handle a healthy mix of warm incoming inquiries, customer follow-ups, and occasional proactive outreach (cold calling) to help us find and secure new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

 Connect: Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads via phone and email.

 Consult: Understand customer needs and match them with the right products/services.

 Close: Guide customers through the buying process and close sales to meet monthly targets.

 Coordination with Other Departments

 Prepare sales documents, contracts, and forms.

 Manage email communication and scheduling.

 Support the sales manager with reports and updates.

What We’re Looking For:

 Experience: 1+ years of sales, customer service,



or retail experience (inside sales experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right attitude!).

 Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly,

professional phone presence.

 Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to hit targets and make money.

 Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software

 Knowledge of steel products, fittings, and related materials is considered a strong asset.
