Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate game sessions, ensuring players understand rules and gameplay mechanics for an engaging experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with game selections, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of gaming areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces to uphold safety standards
- Manage guest flow during busy times, including check-in procedures and guiding groups through different game zones
- Handle cash transactions accurately for game rentals or merchandise, adhering to cash handling protocols
- Support food service operations if applicable, including taking orders, serving snacks or beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in food areas




- Promote a fun and inclusive atmosphere by encouraging participation and fostering positive interactions among guests

Requirements

- Experience working with children or in a customer-focused environment is highly preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to clearly explain game rules and instructions to diverse audiences
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous guest services or hospitality experience is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Food service experience is a plus for roles involving concessions or snack areas
- Enthusiasm for gaming and entertainment combined with a proactive attitude toward guest engagement
