Pivotal Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Licensed Electrician (309A or 442A Red Seal) to join a leading manufacturing facility in Brampton. If you have strong industrial maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Perform PLC troubleshooting and programming modifications.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, motors, controls, and industrial equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs.
- Test electrical systems using diagnostic equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices.
- Follow all Health & Safety, GMP, Food Safety,



and company policies while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario Electrical License (309A or 442A Red Seal).
- Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code and workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Working Conditions

- Indoor manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to production equipment and warm temperatures.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must wear required PPE.
