Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clinic runs efficiently while providing high-quality care to our patients. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, budgets, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial health of the clinic.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Supervise clinical staff, including nurses and administrative personnel.
- Coordinate human resources functions, including employee relations and compliance with labor laws.




- Implement best practices for patient care in both acute care settings and dental office environments.
- Ensure the clinic meets all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and scheduling.

Experience
- Proven 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records systems; experience with Dentrix is a plus.
- Background in nursing or clinical supervision is highly desirable.
- Understanding of human resources practices within the medical field.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to both acute care and dental practices.
