The Market on Yates is looking for energetic, hard-working, and outgoing individuals to round out our amazing Deli team. We are looking for someone with previous grocery store, or restaurant/food prep experience, though it is not mandatory. We are seeking a candidate with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and great customer service skills.

Wage is negotiable based on experience.

Job Description

- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Keep work area clean and presentable
- Process customer deli orders
- Perform program execution and merchandising of product
- Handle and prepare deli products
- Increase store sales by actively promoting products
- Process department shrink
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements
- Other duties as required

Job Requirements

- Ability to work independently in a quick paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
