Duties

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
Skills
- Proficient in logic controllers and their applications within building systems.
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent command of English for clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary.
- Plumbing, electrical, framing and drywall, painting, HVAC, Fire and Safety... All of these skills will be an asset for this position.
