We provide our Chefs with the highest quality ingredients, equipment, and support to create outstanding meals. Chefs are tasked with creating exciting menu items to ‘WOW’ our guests. As well as maintaining a clean and sanitary (Food Protected) kitchen, also participating in our safety program daily. Chefs are responsible for grocery and supply orders as well as a weekly inventory. Red Seal or equivalent experience a must. First aid, Food Safe and WHMIS are required.
