This job requires the following tasks :

- Responsible for your stations prep




- Work well in a small team environment and a professional kitchen with pride in their food
- Overall cleanliness of work space expected
- Keeps work station clean and organized including fridge’s, freezers and countertops
- Daily cleaning of kitchen

** Experience in Fine dining kitchen is a plus **
