At Sun & Shade Med Spa, we help clients look and feel their best with advanced skin and laser treatments. We’re looking for a Certified Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, client education, and delivering an exceptional med spa experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform professional treatments: laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, RF skin tightening, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials.
- Conduct expert skin consultations and educate clients on treatments, skincare routines, and active ingredients.
- Promote services effectively by speaking withclients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions or promotions tailored to their pain points.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and follow up with clients (including appointment reminders).
- Welcome and check-in clients, manage scheduling, process payments, and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Educate and upsell treatments and skincare products that support client goals.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, sanitation standards.
- Assist with laundry and daily open/close routines.
- Collaborate with a small, friendly, and skilled team.

Skills We’re Looking For:

- Medical Aesthetics diploma/license (required)
- 1+ year of experience in a medical spa
- Strong knowledge of skin, treatments, and active ingredients
- Experience in skin consultations and recommending treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills (phone,



email, in-person)
- Customer service focus with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Professionalism: We value team members who are consistently punctual and reliable, ensuring clients and the clinic can count on them.
- Warm, approachable personality and ability to work well with others
- Strong computer and administrative skills (scheduling software, MS Office, Point of Sale, online search tools)
- Knowledge of sanitation and infection control practices

Hours & Availability:

- Part-time: 16–24 hours per week
- Hours may be extended based on performance and client conversions.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
