Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong construction management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
- 8 or more years concrete formwork experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to proficiently read and interpret blue prints.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must have reasonably clean drivers abstract
- Ability to operate machinery including skid steer and telehandler
Responsibilities
- Promotes, supports and facilitates teamwork between all construction crews by promoting a positive culture
- Ensuring the health and safety of each crew members
- Follow and enforce company health and safety program
- Assesses competency and capability of trades persons
- Assigns individual and crew tasks
- Sets and maintains work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity.
