Job Description – Product Coordinator

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Consolidate PO status report (daily)
- Update the status of all of our POs in PSI file(weekly)
- Summarize all new container/builder order and update in the PSI file(daily)
- Make sure all containers’ are on the container report and check rail time for import containers (daily)
- Market Data analysis (monthly)
- Consolidate production schedule (weekly)
- Update the dealers or account managers about ETA of their POs (daily)
- Make chase report (almost daily)
- PSI system data input (weekly)
- Place orders on GSS and update recent orders on the PSI (twice per week)
- Other tasks as assigned.
