We're looking for an experienced Automotive Estimator / Manager to join our close-knit team of six employees. Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate repair estimates using SGI estimating procedures and software.- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.

- oversee daily shop operations, Manage repair scheduling and monitor vehicle progress.- Work closely with SGI adjusters and suppliers.

- Order parts and verify repair requirements.

- Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and SGI standards.

Qualifications

- Experience as an automotive estimator, collision repair advisor,



or autobody manager.- Experience with estimating software is an asset.

- Knowledge of SGI estimating procedures is preferred.

- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.

- A valid driver's licence.
