We are seeking motivated, hardworking welders to join our team for ongoing repair and maintenance projects. This role involves working in demanding environments, including grain terminals and feed mills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and fitting for structural and mechanical components
- Repair and maintain equipment and structures in industrial settings
- Operate tools and equipment
- Work safely at heights and around heavy equipment
- Assist with installation, alignment, and assembly of steel components
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of welding experience
- Experience with fitting and related trade work
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Physically fit and able to work in extreme conditions (cold, heat, dust, and dirty environments)
- Willing to travel and work away from home (10 days on and 4 days off)
- Experience working in grain terminals or feed mills is considered a robust asset
- Valid drivers license
