We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Maintenance Technician with 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing production equipment to ensure safe, effective, and reliable operation while minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Inspect, test, and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production as quickly as possible.
- Replace worn or defective machine components and perform equipment adjustments.
- Maintain waterjet cutting equipment, molding machines, cutting equipment, conveyors, and other production machinery.
- Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.




- Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience maintaining waterjet cutting machines or CNC equipment.
- Welding and fabrication experience is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
