In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing roofing projects, however this job will have consistent help and in-house training, with the guide always on hand, preparing comprehensive bid. Duties
- Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop precise estimates for roofing projects - All options are in a catalog.
- Utilize estimating software, Roofr & Company Cam.
- Conduct thorough take-offs of materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate project timelines and budgets
- Prepare comprehensive bid packages and submit proposals within deadlines
- Assist in reviewing change orders and scope adjustments during project execution
Skills
- Proficiency in simple computer skills, typing.
- Mild understanding of construction - the willingness to learn.
- Effective project management abilities to coordinate multiple bids simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex project data
