Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to provide high-quality support and care to our clients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a caring environment
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper techniques to prevent injury
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to supervising healthcare staff




- Assist with activities that promote mental engagement and social interaction, especially for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care is highly desirable
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or dementia care preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and caregiving best practices
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to perform caregiving tasks diligently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Basic skills in cleaning and meal preparation to support overall client well-being
- Certification or training in caregiving or health care assistance is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse care environments
