Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food handling tasks, including serving dishes and refilling supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events

Requirements





- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in serving or cashiering roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
